Toss diced tomato, cilantro and CBD oil together in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.

Add spinach and black beans. Sauté for 1 minutes until spinach has wilted and cooked down.

Add eggs to pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until cooked. Season with salt, pepper and garnish with CBD salsa.
